Planet Purple Kids is a small family run business based in Ireland. All our award winning kits for kids are handmade by us. Although we are not perfect, we try to be as eco-friendly as possible. We use almost no excess packing and the boxes and the bags the kits come in can be re-used by the kids as work boxes and storage boxes. We also take great pains to source materials of high quality for our kits.

Our kits are designed to be enjoyed by kids in the 6 to 12 age group and act as a basic introduction to pattern cutting, stitching, sewing buttons, gluing, beading etc. They are best done in a slow and quiet moment and defiantly should not be confused with quick snap pop together kits!

We are a member of the Crafts Council of Ireland and have been awarded a 'Highly Commended' by the GA (National Trade Body for the U.K. home and gift industry).
